On-chain is public. This site stores little.
This notice describes how FXED Labs Co. LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, handles information when you use the marketing site and the interface. It is not a KYC programme. This interface does not request identity documents.
Wallet addresses and transactions on Arbitrum One are public. Do not use a wallet you are not prepared to associate with this protocol.
1. Who
Controller for this site: FXED Labs Co. LLC, Delaware. The smart contracts are public software. The operator does not custody your USDC and does not run your wallet.
2. What we do not collect
This interface does not ask for name, government ID, address of residence, or a seed phrase. We do not sell personal data. We do not use the interface as a KYC broker onboarding flow.
3. What is public
If you connect a wallet and transact, your address, deposits, positions, vFX balances and contract calls are visible on Arbitrum One to anyone with an explorer. RPC providers you choose can see the IP and the requests you send them. That is inherent in using a public chain, not a choice we make on your behalf after the fact.
4. What this device stores
The marketing site stores only what is required to operate the interface on this device (for example a theme or dismissed-state preference in local storage). Server logs, if any, may include standard technical data such as IP, user-agent and requested URL, used to keep the site available and secure.
5. Third parties
Wallet software, RPC endpoints, Arbitrum One, USDC, block explorers and any CDN that serves this site are third parties with their own notices. Opening the live terminal on fxed.xyz is a navigation to that host. We do not control how those parties process data.
6. Retention
On-chain data is retained by the network, not by us, for as long as the chain exists. Device preferences remain until you clear site data. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.
7. Your choices
You may refuse to connect a wallet, use demo only, disconnect, or stop using the site. You may clear local storage in your browser. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants access, correction or deletion rights over personal data we actually hold (for example an email you sent us), contact the operator. We cannot delete a transaction from Arbitrum One.
8. Children
The interface is not directed at children. Do not use it if you are not of legal age.
9. Changes
